Bei Abmeldung mehr als 5 Tage vor dem Event, abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 20%.

The money will not be refunded automatically. HSG Alumni asks the participants concerned to fill in their refund form. It will then be checked and the money refunded under the following conditions:

For cancellations more than 5 days before the event, minus a 20% processing fee.
Applications received up to 5 days before the event will not be refunded.
