Kenneth McGrath has been Lidl’s CEO since December 2021. Born in Ireland, he built his career at Lidl in Ireland and served as one of the heads of the company’s U.S. subsidiary. In the U.S., he briefly led the grocery chain Save-A-Lot before returning to Lidl.
